Due to having worked for Bright Publishing before, back in February, I was fortunate enough to have been asked to write a book review for ‘Rich Photographer Poor Photographer: How to create and launch a successful photographic business’. My book review was the first to be published for their company. It was worth the work: researching reviews, reading the book, drafting and re-drafting, as this was a very beneficial experience for me. I learnt new skills in photography journalism due to never having written a professional review before and I was able to keep the very useful book! It’s definitely worth checking out if you are an upcoming professional photographer or an active one, as there are many helpful tips and teachings of how to become as successful as possible – covering all areas of the job you can think of.
